We have excellent conditions on Sail Rock today (and a couple of whaleshark sightings over the past week), some great diving + snorkelling at the Marine Park (next expedition tomorrow; 26th) and a planned 3 Pinnacle Trip around Koh Tao planned for Wednesday (28th). August can be a fine month!
The West wind that’s been messing up our local dive sites seems to be dying down now as well; time for Nick to get out with the camera again at Mae Haad reef (please!).
Needless to say the diving school team are working hard; currently Michi and Michael are both teaching Padi Open Water Diver courses (so the German blog will be somewhat delayed…), Gavin doing an Enriched Air Speciality, and Guy charming the French population of Chaloklum through the Discover Scuba Diving programme!
Cheerio to 2 of our regular scuba diving families, the Albrechts from Holland and the Reiningers from Germany; thanks again for coming back and hope to see you next year. And we’re looking forward to the return of Heinz and Angie – maybe Samran Pinnacles this time, eh?!
