Chaloklum Diving smarten up their frontage!

New signage at Chaloklum Diving School, Koh PhanganPictured is the new signage on the front of our dive centre in Chaloklum Village – thank you to our PADI regional manager Gio and the marketing team at PADI Asia Pacific – great job.
And we are enjoying some nice conditions on our boat diving trips from Koh Phangan, as well as seriously hot, sunny days; today we made our first diving and snorkelling expedition in a while to Angthong Marine Park, and our last few trips to Sail Rock have featured nice visibility, heaps of marine life and zero current! No Whaleshark sightings for a few weeks up to now, so there should be one soon…
Congratulations to a great Divemaster trainee, Mr Rad, who finished his course a few days ago – we will miss you & look forward to seeing you back at the diving school in July. But we do have a more attractive replacement (sorry Radboud!) in the form of Ms Coline who will be starting her professional training with us, once she has logged up a few more scuba dives. Michi is working steadily on the German Open Water Diver courses while Vince is currently visiting the Phillipines – not spending a lot of time underwater this year, hey man!
And finally a belated farewell and big thank you to super Instructor Lance, who headed back to Canada last month – a great member of the Chaloklum Diving team, who we all hope to see back again (as he probably does too!).
