Ex- Symphyllia species, flabello-meandroid with wide valleys.
Not truly fan-shaped, but with more projecting bits than the other lobophylliids.
Can be confused with Lobophyllia hataii below.
Another flabello-meandroid lobophyllid.
Featuring thicker walls, wider valleys and a less meandroid growth form than S. recta below.
Hemispherical to flat in form, featuring meandering valleys and fused valley walls (meandroid).
