Absolut empfehlenswerte Tauchbasis auf Koh Phangan Wir waren zu zweit bei Chaloklum Diving und haben während unseres Aufenthalts jeweils acht Tauchgänge gemacht. Die meisten davon waren am Sail Rock. Da wir mit unseren Kindern unterwegs waren, haben wir uns jeweils abgewechselt. Einer von uns ging tauchen, während der andere auf die Kinder aufpasste. Die Organisation war unkompliziert und flexibel, was für uns als Familie sehr hilfreich war. Wir sind beide eher erfahrene Taucher und haben mit Michi, Margarita und Jakob getaucht. Alle drei waren professionell, aufmerksam und gleichzeitig sehr entspannt. Die Briefings waren klar und die Tauchgänge verliefen ruhig, sicher und ohne unnötigen Stress. Auch Nick, der Besitzer, ist sehr angenehm und ehrlich. Er sagt klar, wenn sich eine Tour wegen des Wetters oder der Bedingungen nicht lohnt. Gleichzeitig bemüht sich das gesamte Team immer darum, eine gute Alternative oder Lösung zu finden. Wir hatten während der ganzen Zeit keinerlei Probleme und haben uns bei der Basis sehr wohlgefühlt. Ein familiäres, erfahrenes und zuverlässiges Team. Vielen Dank an Nick, Michi, Margarita, Jakob und das ganze Team. Die Tauchschule ist klein, sehr persönlich und arbeitet in kleinen Gruppen (wir waren jeweils zu zweit!). Die Ausrüstung ist einwandfrei. Von Michi haben wir gute Tauchtipps bekommen und konnten unser Blei-Gewicht in der Folge ohne Probleme reduzieren. Das Boot wurde mit mehreren Tauchschulen geteilt (sehr nachhaltig 🍀). Es war genug Platz für alle, eine gemütliche Atmosphäre und genug zu Essen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! I came here to do 2 fun divings and everything went perfect. We met in the diving school, and went with the boat till Sail Rock. Jakob was a wonderful instructor, he was very patient and as 1 year had passed since my last dive, we did a fast review of everything. Meine Freundin und ich haben hier gestern unseren Schnuppertauchkurs gemacht und können die Tauchschule uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vor allem ich war anfangs sehr aufgeregt, da es mein erstes Mal Tauchen war und ich großen Respekt – teilweise sogar Angst – vor dem tiefen Meer habe. Michel hat es aber mit seiner ruhigen, kompetenten und sympathischen Art geschafft, uns diese Angst schnell zu nehmen. Die theoretische Einführung war sehr interessant und verständlich erklärt. Anschließend ging es an den Strand, wo wir zunächst die wichtigsten Übungen gemacht haben. Danach sind wir gemeinsam bis auf etwa 8 Meter zu einem wunderschönen Korallenriff getaucht. Dort konnten wir zahlreiche bunte Fische beobachten – ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Während des gesamten Tauchgangs haben wir uns jederzeit sicher und bestens betreut gefühlt. Es war von Anfang bis Ende entspannt und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. I just had a fantastic diving trip with Margherida to Sail Rock. As I was the only guest of the dive school, I had the luxury of a private dive master. I can 100 % recommend the dive school, and the owner Nick is extremely friendly, trustworthy and professional.
