A much better name for the Starfish is Sea Star, as they have little in common with a fish! They can be seen most times you’re underwater with the Chaloklum Diving School team. Crown of Thorns, Acanthaster planci A giant, multi-legged starfish and eater of corals. They are OK within a balanced ecosystem, but massively destructive when out of control. Comb Sea Stars, Astropecten species Named after their comb-like spines. These sea stars are adapted to dig themselves quickly under the sand. Cushion star; Culcita novaguineae They have no arms but the 5 body segments are still apparent....
